Observio Studio is operated by Serhii Viacheslavovych Zelinskyi, Individual Entrepreneur (FOP), registered in Ukraine. By accessing observio.studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These Terms govern the Observio Studio website. DreamLab and Face Checker AI are products of Observio Studio and have additional product-specific terms on their official websites. If product-specific terms conflict with these Terms for use of that product, the product-specific terms control.

You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs the service, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Descriptions of AI-powered products and examples on this website are informational. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose and must not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

The website, branding, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Observio Studio or used under licence. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.
