Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the product, the billing model, and the circumstances of the purchase.

This is the current version of this policy and may be revised as our products and operations change.
Digital products

Refunds for one-time digital purchases may be considered when access was not delivered properly, a product was materially not as described, or there was a billing issue.

Subscriptions

Subscription refund decisions depend on renewal timing, product access, and applicable consumer protection requirements. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or billed after a failed payment flow, contact us and we will review the case.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email hello@observio.studio with the product name, purchase email, payment date, and a short description of the issue.
